Our Assignment:
In addition to capturing 95+ executive team portraits, PCSI hired us to create a comprehensive library of images that reflect their mission of providing job training and employment for individuals with disabilities. Our goal was to capture the diverse range of job opportunities they offer, ensuring authenticity and representation.
To showcase their diversity of job training programs, we needed to highlight various sectors including landscaping, janitorial, industrial, clerical, call center, electrical, healthcare, food service, and more. Photos were created at PCSI’s corporate headquarters in Austin, TX as well as a commercial kitchen, a fleet maintenance company, a manufacturing facility, and a medical office. All models featured are real individuals living and working with disabilities, whether visible or non-visible, ensuring a genuine portrayal of PCSI’s core values.
